Issues of Importance to Delegate Dwyer

First and foremost that the State and U.S. Constitutions are the foundation of civil law in this state. We must likewise recognize Moral law as the Ten Commandments.

Unfortunately, we find our Nation and our State void for the most part of any real understanding of our heritage. As a result, our country has become a place where lawmakers no longer know what law is or where it gets its authority. I urge you to study the history of our Nation.

I urge you to confirm that your delegates represent your views when they vote. You may be surprised. We must support those who truly represent those who elected them. Support Del. Dwyer.

• That the 47 Articles in the Maryland "Declaration of Rights" are honored as your unalienable rights.

• That we hold accountable those who take the Oath of Office and who abuse the power entrusted by those who elected them.

• That we expose the truth on issues facing the erosion of our individual liberties and freedoms.
